🌍 Mister No: You were 22-24%bf before you started, you are now 17-18%bf. At 15%bf veins (on arms) and ABS begin to show, at 10-12% ABS are nicely separated (6 pack) , and veins on upper portion of chest are visible... Still, what matters is that you made some progress, if you keep going you will get there, probably in 2 months (if the pictures showing your abs relaxed, if you're flexing, and I'm pretty sure you are, it might take you 3 months to drop to ~10%bf range).. It's a lot of movements! tjk 900: The only problem with this program is that it has 2 times a day workout and the diet is too crazy. I rather go with Jim Stoppani's eat like a KING and get results. But dont get me wrong Greg Plitt is one of the best trainers and probably has the best workouts but what really kicks is the DIET once you got your awesome body that you always wanted its hard to maintain when you decide to change your diet. I have tried and got some crazy results with MFT28 but when I went back to my NORMAL and HEALTHY diet my body went back to what I was before so from there I had 2 choices 1 go back to the crazy MFT28 diet or stay the way Im and accepted. But one day I found Jim Stoppani's plan and diet, and I can tell you that I loved his diet and got results just like MFT28 with 9 meals a day I felt FULL AND HAPPY. BUT IN THE END YOU GO FOR MY ADVICE OR U CAN DO WTEVER THE freak YOU WANA DO. Michael Pizzolon: do u honestly think u are 9% bf? Tomasz Mroczkowski: 12% fat on the begining? looks like he had more . i never tested ,y just watchedoctures :p but man for that short time nice resoults keep going :) JamesD1125: how is possible to lose 30 lbs in 30 days without ANY working out???? matthew james: you look great well done dont get caught up on wight or body fat .your body fat percentage are way off sorry not a hater but no way are you under 12 percent now but you have done really well forget body fat forget what the scales say go by how you feel and how your cloths fit its so easy to get caught up on numbers but again well done be proud of your self Holiday: We dont make alot, but our group do get to travel frequently. Just this year we went to Bangkok to get pictures and their holiday schedules. We are still in a growing phrase so best we can aim for is break even. I think everyone have to overcome the same type of challenge when starting something new. Dont give up! |

I have been lifting for a while with sub par gains. I started this program Monday. I am really satisfied with how well you work each muscle group. This is the first time I have worked out in the morning. It has really changed my view on lifting. This routine calls for heavy sets in the morning and light reps in the evening. Abs in the evening Monday - Friday. This is a 4 week program, I am almost done with week 1. I am enjoying this workout program so much that I wanted to share. At the end of the program I will post before and after pics and some stats like measurements, weight, and BF%.
