Asus Tuf270 Mark 2 Ethernet Controller Driver

Look, if anyone has been through this or if they have any knowledge of what that might be, please help me.
Since when I bought my new computer, it presents the following problem.
When I put Windows (10) to shutdown it takes a lot, more than 1 or 2 mins and if I then turn on the computer without turning the power off the computer does not boot, it turns on but the fans do not spin and not the video, I need to turn off the power and turn it on again so I can turn on the computer. That is, they are two problems that I do not know if it has relation.
1 - too long to turn off the system
2 - Mandatory I need to turn off and on the source so I can turn on the computer.
Anyone have any idea what it might be?
